Fame, fortune, self fulfillment, to leave an impact on the world, to be your own boss, to give something back to society (create wealth and employment)...can be some of the possible answers. At the end of the day it is probably individual to every entrepreneur...

Because people like me are tired of co workers sabotaging my work and tired of toxic managers harrasing and threatening me. I would make a better leader by running everything and inspiring everyone no matter what color and class. Also to get away from bs office politics
