Why do people cheat?

I am fascinating at the number of people who are able to cheat on their significant other.  How can someone who loves their spouse full-heartedly cheat on them.  Is it simply for the thrill and excitement or does it mean that their is an underlining problem in the relationship?

Live simply, love generously and  care deeply.

Hi,

The reason for this is the innate weakness of people who succumb to temptations easily.  It is a part of human nature to sin, to listen to Satan more than trying to listen to God.  It is easier to do bad things than to do good things.  A lot of times doing the bad things are a lot more fun than doing what is right.  It is always a daily struggle to be on the right track.  Just like eating.  It always feels good to eat the sweets, cakes, or anything unhealthy for us than to eat salads, low fat foods.  People find these good food unappealing and boring, so you see more obese people than lean healthy looking people.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
My friend Dogbreeder gave you, as usual, an excellent answer (gave her 2 thumbs up, I wish I could give more).  It takes 4 hours to prepare a nice table for 20 people and only 1 minute to destroy it......  In real loving good sex realtions one won't cheat (or very seldom) so it comes down to the relations and to the inner resistance to temptations....  thrill and excitement are always good excuses (but it's only an excuse).
Best regards,
