Obviously, since Barak Obama is one of the coices for president, people in the US do not hate blacks. Here, like everywhere, there are bigots who hate everyone that is different from themselves, whether because of their religion, their culture, their color, their sex, politics or lots of other reasons. Here, they do not define our larger culture, though they can create their own isolated pockets and live with others that share similar views.
