If you really think your friend is jealous of you, I would suggest talking to her about this. It's possible she doesn't realize what she's doing on a conscious level. However, if she does, you may not really have a friend in her.

the ? is do you talk about urself alot. cuz if u do then maybe you hurt her feelings cuz that makes her feel as though you are just a self-sentered stuck-up person. if u dont talk bout urself like that then mayb she aint a good friend.

i don't think that is a very good friend!friends are not supposed to be jealous!either sit down with her and have a long talk or find another friend who is not jealous!

dont worry i have the same problem........ just do the same thing she is doing to you and after some time she should finally stop.

and if that dosnt work then just stay away from her until she gets the message.......or shove it in her face-make her feel extra jealous-        (evil laugh) HAHAHAHA!!!!! 

I don't think your Friend is Jealous of you.. I think she's trying to be as good as you.  You talk VERY highly of yourself,  proclaiming to be "ABOVE HER IN EVERY WAY". Wow, doesn't that seem a little tacky to you?  Just by the way you asked your question I'd bet that you walk around with a chip on your shoulder a mile high, and for what ever reason, this girl wants to be your friend... for you to think as highly of her as she thinks of you... as you quite obviously think of yourself!

Why don't you try humbling yourself a little bit, and let this "FRIEND" who you seem to be so concerned with, stand in the spot light once in a while. 

Exactly.  For some reason this made me think about the two girls in the movie "American Beauty".  Particularly the one that thought everyone should be jealous of her.
