it said in pennsylvania that after two yrs separation you can file a no fault divorce..go to your local court house and they should have divorce kit for you to file .. i am doing my own divorce, which cost less, but i have no children , or property to settle... but i would go to a lawyer and just talk to them and ask about a no fault divorce... good luck and will keep in touch about mine.. i have until the 30th for him to comply,, after i filed the papers with the court i also had to send him the divorce complaint and affidavit certified mail, and i have to wait 20 days,,, if nothing from him the court will go ahead and do the divorce decree.. i hope this helps you ... good luck nancy, keep in touch ... susan
