dont go on any advise immediately, trust ur instincts Smile

The pdf file must be associated with hp image zone. Try like this, save the file on your desktop, right click on icon , go to proprties , click on Change button , and select installed software like adobe acrobat or foxit reader(whom so ever is installed)

Thank you so much!  It worked.  I just couldn't figure out how to change the association in an e-mail.  There were no options like the options given on the desk top.
