Do i have to pay last months rent?

I filed bankruptcy in july, now my lease is ending 10/31 and my landlord sent me an intent not to renew, if i dont pay octobers rent will they be able to begin to evict me once it is late (10/12) ? If i move out on 10/31 and the eviction isn't completely processed is it still considered an eviction, also will it just be a part of my bankruptcy, or will i be accountable for the last months rent at some point? thanks!!!!!
