How do I pay The Tax and Duty Costs??!!

I have just ordered some clothes from USA and i live in UK, i understand that we have to pay tax and duty costs etc. but how do we pay this, does it go through our bank and charged, or do I pay it to the delivery man on my doorstep..please help!!! Many Thanks 'Shan

Super Mario World - Difficult Custom Level 1

Mild Tool-Assistance. Havn't seen this game for a while. :) I have given up Super Mario 64 for good, I don't really ever want to play it again. I still will watch and comment and stuff, just not record. Now, about this hack level. I am creating some very hard levels, which most will be tool-assistance only. Alot of them are puzzle based, like this one. Tell me what you think about the level. If there's any ideas or improvements to the level you have, let me know. Also, I drew the yellow spike myself. :D I used the program "Lunar Magic" to create the level. I used the rom "Super Mario World (U)[!]" and it will be needed if I release a patch to play it. "Lunar IPS" is the program you need to patch a rom. I will not release the patch yet. Enjoy. :)
