It sounds as if you have tried the whole spectrum of treatments. Since I don't have this problem, I don't know what is considered revolutionary. i have the exact same thing. it does suck but there is nothing that you can do about it. my doctor told me not to bend my knee into and acute angle(not below a 90 degree angle) and when it hurts just pop it as much as possible. i dont know what your level of pain is but you defenitely shouldnt consider suicide. i also have patellafemoral and physical therapy hurt worse than it helped. i cant even play sports because of my knee. i looove soccer but im not allowed to play. people dont understand that this is serious and it hurts. i honestly think its worse than anything ive ever been through. youll get through it. trust me. and dont commit suicide. please. i would feel very bad.
