While studying can be recommended, abstinence has a proven track record.

The half life of meth has been reported to be between 9 and 30 hours. After 5 half lives, drugs will not be detectable in  your system. Therefore, you could have a clean urine as soon as two days, or possibly as long as 6 days.

I am aware that some drugs can be detected in your hair. Beyond this fact, I do not know anything else about this.
