Did i pass out?

I was in the shower shaving my legs and i had my leg up on the side and i had reached to grab something and all i remember is falling or something and after a few seconds i was on my hands and knee and my knee hurt and right in the middle of chest but i kind of felt okay but when i was in there and got out i was huffing and puffy and my chest hurt and i didn't feel good. I layed down for a little and i couldn't bc my chest hurt too bad then i had to dry my hair and i was still breathing like that and i didn't feel good i still feel like that a little bit ive been drinking water and trying to sleep it off but i don't want anything to happen or make it worse. What should i do or not worry about it...

It sounds like you could have had a black out. Did you fall on your chest? Or is the pain inside more then on the skin? Do you have any bruises? I would go to my doctor just to make sure everything is still in place and nothing is broken.

no i don't think so bc after i fell and i was going to get up i had landed on my knees and my hands grabbed on to something so i wouldn't fall face down and bust my ass. But right after i fell all i remember is slipping backwords maybe on something slippery and i fell i dont remember anything else i didn't hit my head though and it's kind of hard bc i don't want to go to the doctor and have them tell me nothing is wrong with me but i can't really do any kind of dancing or anything like that bc then my chest starts to hurt but i can't see anything so i probably just bruised it bc i kind of remember after i fell looking down and my chest was a little red and when i press on it it hurts a little so hopefully thats all it is i can live with that and i was kind of breathing funny again
