I got senagal parrot in South Africa and it is winter hear and all of a sudden the feathers started to fall.Please let me know is it normal or some kind of desases.

Are the fethers falling out? Or is the bird pulling them out? Birds will often pull there fethers out when they are stressed. The is an illness that will cause the fethers to fall out also. Not sure what the name is. Wish I could me of more help.

Your parrot is probably plucking or biting its feathers. Most birds pluck due to environmental or behavioral problems. A trip to a good avian veterinarian to rule out health problems is a must.
