CWebb 84 ~ I do not think that every state has seperate laws, but you might want to check your state and the child support laws in your state. I think once the ball is rolling it cannot be stopped. THe monies collected from child support go to pay for the support of the child, not the support of the parent and therefor are legally biniding once the courts have placed an order. Perhaps a state can have them removed if a parent isnt workingor has been disabled or some other circumstance but I would suggest checking with your state and the particulars about the system there.
