Try using an egg wash before baking for the first time.. it will seal the crust and not let it flake when you are reheating the bread a 2nd time..

Graptos in the Greek language means 'written" !

make sure skin is completly dry after washing, then coat generously with coconut oil (WalMart-white container with green lid top shelf,aprox.$4.89) on the oil isle. then wrap with foil and twist the ends. Wait for them to cool,15-20 min after baking then slice open the top or cut in half and use a small desert spoon to take the meat out, I have a great recipie if you would like let me know.  GRAPTOS
