I am having pain and pressure in my abdominal area ...

i am having pain and pressure in my abdominal area.i does not hurt to urinate but it takes me a minute to start a stream.any kind of pressure causes me some degree of pain.i am also very tired. i should let you know that i have (and still are)breastfeeding my child so i still have not had a period. i am going on the 10 month now.Also i am very tired and sick to mt stomach. i have taken a number of pregnancy tests and they all have come back negative.Could you tell me what else may be wrong?

Go see your physician. You might have a urinary track infection. It is easily treated with anti-biotics.

Most internal infections make you tired because your body is using its resources to cure itself.

I think there is a likely chance that you either have UTI ( urinary track infection ) or kidney infection....have urinalysis first to determine your white blood cells count.
