i had a restaurant in cleveland new york the named of the restaurant was village dinner and almost a year after i received a phone call from a man telling me he had 2 checks for me that i over paid taxes and i never received it my social cecurity number is 064-54-0286. i closed the dinner in 1988. my e- mail is fradettek1@aol.com. thank you pierrette rina fradette
