Ok, after much searching around I managed to find Gov resources, where I was able to check the owner with the property address,
You can see Gov property owner address records for an idea,
I also used the same site to check more details of the property history and owner,
there is a fee (for as many searches as you like), but well worth it considering the amount of information I could check and use,

made my whole task a whole lot easier,

If this info has helped you let me know by posting an answer here,

In the USA the property owner is public record and kept by the respective county in which the property is located. The county courthouse should contain the property records.

Some counties are choosing not to put their property owner records online. i guess just because it's public record doesn't mean they have to go to the expense and time to make it easy and free for you.

good luck

Assuming that you live in USA, you can find the property owner by address at your county's tax assessor website. If they do not have a website you will have to visit their offices.

The tax assessor's office should be able to tell you, at least in Colorado that information is public. That's where I'd start. Many counties even have a website for assessor's office where you can look it up. Good Luck!

Your city or county tax assessor has that information. It's public record but not free. Use a search engine to see if the governmental entities for your area have searchable web sites.

Yes you best opt for the unique owner, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you must as a matter a fact go through with it once it has been chosen

It is very difficult if not impossible to find owner property records for free.

The reason is that it costs THEM to accumulate  and store the information online. That is the reason why he best ones are pay service.
You also have to be explicit to the type of record. Births and deaths are not public records. They ARE govt records, but restricted for security/ risk of id theft. Historical ones can be found, in some cases.

Hope this helps
