An overweight person stood on my foot on thursday. It hurts less now but hurts when touched just before the nail, it also hurts on top of my foot and on the outside could my toe be fractured? and could i have torn a ligament in the top of my foot? i have to walk 2.5 miles there and back to school would a hospital give me crutches to help me walk for so long?

A fractured toe or a torn ligament, especially the latter, are accompanied with unbearable pain, so my bet it's just an hard blow. Give it a few more days, if still hurts, pay a visit to the doctor.
