What do you call the pipe that is in the front ...
What do you call the pipe that is in the front yard of most new homes that is located near the sprinkler system. It has a bonnet on top and valves on the side. It is usually insulated during the winter and many people buy plastic rock shaped covers to cover this fixture. Whatever this thing is called it is leaking and I need to have it repared.
