Does anyone else find this to be outrageous??

This is the result of American being directed by political correctness to its ridiculous and dangerous excess instead of time-proven healthy values and hoesty.

There is no excuse to spend a thousand dollars on a trial for these individuals who have admitted their guilt.  Take them before a Military Tribunal, pass the sentence, hang them, draw them, quarter them, burn their entrails, cut off their heads and place them on pikes.  They did it to William Wallace and he was a human fighting for the protection of his own land.  If Eric Holder wants to be involved for the publicity let him do it for free and that is really what I think should be done. 

Does that answer how I really feel about this whole situation?  I don't care what "tactics" the CIA used.  The tactics allegedly used are no different than the tactics these individuals and their cohorts use on anyone they take into custody and we feed the jerks better and with some consideration for their "religious" dietary choices.  We also keep them warm, dry, and give them their religious tools, books, and allow them the freedom to worship and take a bath.  We have all ready been gracious, generous, and treated them in a "Christian" way according to our beliefs granting respect they did not deserve.

Or better yet, put them in a room with the families of the victims and leave for two hours and after that take them to the site with their hands tied behind them, spray them with jet fuel and throw in matches and let them burn the way so many innocent individuals here went down.

Now, do you get the picture about how I really feel about this nonsense?

Congress should start proceedings to have US Attorney General Eric Holder to step down -

and for Obama to identify himself -

as their corrupt machinations indicates the ENEMY is in the White HOUSE.

Mohammed's military tribunal was already underway when Obama came into office - obama stopped the proceedings - and eight months later, announced that Kalid Sheik Mohammed - would be tried in federal court in New York City.

Article I, Section 8 - and - Article III, Section I - of the US Constitution gives Congress power to establish the jurisdiction of the lower courts - to create exceptions to that jurisdiction.

Congress could pass a statute limiting federal court jurisdiction to individuals not subject to trial before a military tribunal.

Congress needs to put it in gear - to have  Barack HUSSEIN Obama - aka Mubarak HUSSEIN Obama - aka Barry Soetoro - aka Barack Obama -

recognize - and placed into the congressional record - that his repeated actions in usurping the powers of Congress - and ignoring existing safeguards of the US Constitution - put in place to relieve the entire country of the heavy hand of the Executive Branch of government - devising his presidency as a DICTATORship - can - and should - have him removed from office.

Obama has established a pattern - with his sheer arrogance, misconduct - in his abuse of power and authority - in ignoring "The United States Inspector General Reform Act of 2008" - by firing all the US Inspector Generals - who serve our country - as the known means for obama to prevent an investigation into widepsread fraud in Americorps and AMTRAK funding - to protect his political associates - from being held accountable for their criminal acts - by obama using his office to OBSTRUCT JUSTICE - is only one example of Obama subverting the US Constitution and ignoring what is dictated by law.

Obama has already established a pattern of indecent behavior and misconduct, committing misprisons of a felony - to protect his political allies - such as ACORN and SEIU, and others exposed for operating as CRIME SYNDICATES - that clearly indicates obama's personal agenda is not to benefit the United States of America or its citizens.

These same Senators should begin treating Obama as if he is the ENEMY in the White House - as Holder's attitude and behavior - with his gross Conflict of Interests and improprieties of Holder's law firm previously representing 16 GITMO prisoners - prior to obama's appointment of HOLDER to US Attorney General -

indicates to me that it all has crossed the line - of what good can come of this - for America -

Obama interfering with a criminal investigation - of the radical Muslim convert who was under FBI investigation as a potential terrorist on US soil, going in and out of the United States on phony passports, buying illegal firearms and assault weapons, training at radical Muslim training camps in SYRIA, Afghanistan and throughout Europe - until Obama called off the investigation as RACIAL PROFILING - stopped all survelliance of him - and provided this radical Muslim convert with the opportunity to be successful in his mission to shoot up the recruiting station in ARKANSAS, killing one soldier and gravely wounding another -

indicates that Obama has already over-stepped his bounds - as a Radical MUSLIM Sympathizer - protecting the interests and behavior of potential TERRORISTS

over and above protecting of the interests of the people of the United States of America -

who USURPER obama is "pretending" to represent - as the Great DECEIVER - a Pretender to the Throne - THE TROJAN HORSE.

When Obama and Holder were met with public OUTRAGE over having CIA and the previous administration held accountable for "waterboarding" to solicit information from prisoners of war - that prevented other radical Muslim terrorists attacks on US soil after 9-11 -

and it is definitely not the protection of the United States of AMerica - or the American people.

We the people might as well consider ourselves in the fight of our lives - right now - instead of waiting for Obama and Holder to bring their political allies on US soil to trial in a CIVILIAN court in New York City -

while Obama refuses to close and enforce our US borders - and has been VIOLATING our Constitutional RIGHTS to have our US borders closed and enforced - since we the people have already petitioned our government for this request to close and enforce our US borders, acquired the funding for it under the BUSH ADMINISTRATION - in spite of a Democrat-controlled Congress in the last two years of the Bush ADMINISTRATION.

Therefore, under the circumstances, of having the masterminds of the radical Muslim terrorists attacks on 9-11 to be placed on US soil for a Civilian Trial in New York City -

at the very least - we the people should demand our US borders be closed and enforced - and to not have our constitutional rights violated and ignored - any longer -

or USURPER Obama should be forced to step down.

To push 9/11 from center stage to the back page of the newspaper is not the way to go. There is an expression that goes somewhat like this, "When you committ the crime, you have to pay the time." Mohammad committed the crime and no matter how much it will cost in dollars, so be it. When we had the Neurenberg Trials in Germany, and found so many guilty of heinous crimes did the cost justify the means? Certainily it did. For so many years we give to these second and third rate Nations, and the more we give, the more they take until we refuse to give. Once we do that, they become our enemies and go to war against us. It is about time that the President and the Congress stop giving and begin to help its own citizens before we become the debter Nation, as we are with China as we owe those people over nine billions of US dollars. This "Grand Standing" is exactly what al-Qaeda wants.  They love death more than we love life.  Obama is making these guys heroes.

Their confessions will not be admissible now, and as a result, they have all changed their pleas to "Not Guilty".

This court case in New York is another waste of our tax payer money and it is really just an opportunity to put the Bush administration on trial since the terrorist have confessed to the crime. There is nothing else to gain from such a circus show. The 100 million dollars could be better spent helping the jobless and the homeless.

How can obama and his crew manage security for their outrageous ploy - to have the masterminds of the 9-11 terrorist attacks on US soil - at trial in a Civilian Court in New York City -

when these pathetic fools could not provide proper security for obama's state dinner at the White House?
