Quality never been accidental.

Hi

There are many methods which are applicable at different events. The easyest method is

i. Give the text the background color

ii. Select 'Stroke' from 'Layer Style' of Layers pallet.

iii. Give required attributes.

Sorry wish I could help. That version is pretty far back. Te ability to create vector outlined images came along in the CS versions if I'm not mistaken.
