How to value a purchase into a hunt club ...
how to value a purchase into a hunt club membership. Club members are looking for a standard in valuing a purchase price for a new member. Acerage and hunt club on property. 11 members max - when one leaves he receives his $$ back less transaction costs for new member purchasing (at higher price - looking for)
