No os for new hard drive

how do i get vista os on my new hard drive from my old hard drive. 2 hard drives on 1 computer. new hard drive says no os.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. 

I have no idea but I'm guessing a computer technician in your area can figure it out. Good luck.
