i'd say the 3 most appealing things for women are
look confident
look interesting
and look fun
doesn't matter if it is in chess club or a rugby club, whatever you are interested in, if you look like you have these three qualitys you will have appeal.
and this way you will appeal to girls with the same kind of interests as you do.
