When a one time oil change is needed and the API CJ4 is not available for a 2008 GM Duramax diesel engine, used Mystic syn API CI4 CI4-plus, damage any part of the engine or exhaust second burn system? Also using the 2008 pickup in Mexico where only 500ppm fuel is available, what damage will be done to the exhaust or engine filters? Will look forward to your answers. DBD
