The risk is a fire resulting from oveloading the fuse and the wires between the fuse box and the outlet.
you can/should sum up the current requirement of the devices/appliances that are connected to that outlet and see that it does not exceed the fuse capacity.
Also, if there is a high demanding appliance (oven, heater etc.) it woud be a good idea to see that the wires can also provide the demand (especially in older buildings where some of the wires are worn out and thin to begin with). This, however is typically done by an electrician.
