Asked about “Home Tips : How to Replace a Hot-Water Heater”

Is one 50 gallon water heater enough for two apartments?...

im thinking of using one 50 gallon water heater for two apartments approx 4 & 3 units in each plus boyfriends and/or visitors will this be enough or will one unit run out of hotwater?? the advantage of using one water heater for both is: 1. space-we live in San Francisco & 2. less maintanance for me- the manages. any thoughts/suggestions? thanks.
