You boil a peeled poato (small ) . Mash it up as if you are making mashed potatoes . SLOWLY add powered sugar . It will instantly turn to liquid . Keep adding the powdered sugar till the potato and sugar mixture  looks like pie crust . Turn out onto a powdered sugar board . Roll out with a rolling pin . Spread with peanut butter and roll up like a jelly roll . Slice  thin pieces on plate and refrigerate till set . I then put it in an air tight container in the 'fridge . VERY RICH!! Don't eat too many pieces at a time .
