Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
Perfectly OK.  In fact jogging is a physical exercise and Yoga is more of a spiritual / mental exercise...  so in a way they are complementary to each other.... (not exactly though).

Heck yeah. My roommate used to do it 5 days a week. Yoga actually improves your breathing for running. It allows you to have control over your heart rate also. His stamina (in bed) is off the charts. I don't know if this pertains to you though ;).

I would jog before the yoga exercise, since during Yoga  you give much attention   to stretching your muscles.

It is definitely fine to do yoga and a jog the same day.  I usually do yoga before I workout to help warm me up and loosen up my muscles before really giving them a good workout.

If you were to jog and do yoga the same day, I would personally suggest doing the yoga first to help make you more limber prior to your workout!
