A:I would recommend OpenOffice. I use it home and work with different versions of MSOffice. Price is the number one reason for me, you can download OO for free (www.openoffice.org). Program updates are also free. MSOffice is updated frequently so that user must update it to be able to open files saved with the latest version. OO can open MSOffice files and save in MSOffice file types. Saving to PDF is also included in OO.
