I'll search, while you Cool wait.

Cooking with sesame seeds have many benefits for common medical issues such as arthritis, respiratory and bone health, helps to lower cholesterol and more by adding needed nutrients for our bodies. I've provided you a link to use and you should be able to click on the "health benefits" link located beneath the "Nutrients in Sesame Seeds Chart" and read for yourself about the wonders of sesame seeds.  Once you navigate to the health benefits information, you can click on the "healthy cooking" tab located at the top of the page to find recipies by clicking "the Recipie Assistant" which is on the same page, but at the bottom right.  But the fun part about getting these receipies is that you specify which foods you want in and want out of the recipies and the nutrients you want to add into your recipie.  It is really easy to use and it will provide you with a menu of delicious receipies.  I'm sure you will enjoy using it, as I have. Have fun cooking healthy. www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=84#healthbenefits

Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

Believe it or not, half a cup of sesame seeds contains three times more calcium than half a cup of whole milk. In addition to being an excellent dietary source of calcium, sesame seeds are also a good source of manganese, copper, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1 (thiamin), zinc, vitamin E, healthy protein, and fiber.

Sesame seeds also contain sesamin and sesamolin, two substances that are thought to prevent high blood pressure and protect the liver against oxidative damage.
