Obtaining cell phone records, free cell phone number directory?
How can I go about obtaining Cell Phone records? Is there a free cell phone number directory that one can use to get access to cell phone records online?
Please if anyone with some experience in this can let me know,

OK, After much searching online I eventually found Reverse Phone Detective for obtaining cell phone records ,
I used them because they seem to have a good up to date database of cell phone records,
They supplied me with Full Name and Address and details of the phone company and carrier. Plus previous cell phone numbers and addresses belonging to the cell phone owner.
Some things I noted though while searching other reverse cell phone look up sites:
- There are some companies which supply just a surname and a list of possible first names matches. This was no help at all.
- I preferred to use the sites that offered a once-off fee with as many searches as you like for a a year. I don't like the ones that charge per search.
