1: yes, probably, or at least partial acknowledgment.
2: I find it hard to believe that you could do both in terms of time, because presumably you teach during the day, and I don't know about evening programs for education.
I find it a little troubling that the only thing you're really interested is getting things off as quickly as possible rather than learning what has to be learned, and acquiring the necessary experience. These rules and stipulations were made for a reason, so I wouldn't knock them too soon.
