I am a certified medical assistant,with a Associate Degree, what can I do to become a LPN or a RN?

Unfortunately you will have to go back to school. Many of the classes you have taken for your associates may help, but the lpn and rn license require  a bit more training. 

I am sure that one of the colleges in your area offer nursing degrees. Check with one of the school counselors to verify which classes you would still need to take to get your degree.

You are almost there if you already have an associates degree Contact your nearest school of nursing and find out what classes you will need, most likely only nursing classes, If you go to an associates level nursing you can become a nurse in less than 2 years maybe sooner if they credit you more classes.
