i actually had the same problem if u have had the shot prior to trying to concieve thats probably the biggest problem it messed my system all up however there are these great little test strips if you have not already discovered them not sure who makes em but they can tell you your most fertile days they are back with pregnancy tests after that leave it up to nature...also try sex every other night...for some reason that seemed to work too

MY inferiority complex isn't as good as YOURS

I hate to say it because I know you've heard it before, but try to relax and not think about it so much. The stress in your body is bad when you're trying to conceive and bad for the baby if you were to get pregnant at this time.Take a trip or do something romantic with your husband to relax you both. You may find yourself in the family way when you least expect it.The posted answer is great and if you can find Rachel Inbar she's also very smart.I wish you all the luck in the world!

Fertility Stories - infertility experiences of people like you.

Interesting that no one mentioned having your partner tested. Has he been tested? Is your cycle regular?

Ideally, you could have a cycle tracked with the help of blood tests and ultrasound to see that you indeed ovulate. In addition, this could help you time sex perfectly so that you would know that you have not missed the right time of the month.

I wouldn't try any treatment until your partner has been tested...

Good luck!

First of all thank you so much for your replies. I had my blood test done and they shown that I ovulated and my husband's lab results also came out well. recently i came to know that my blood test is positive for the thyroid anti bodies. with the thyoid anti bodies they are saying that there will chances for miscarriage.

but what i am wondering is I never had a home pregnanacy test positive so wondering if i was never pregnant how i loose it ? or am i loosing it before my home pregnancy test detects it?

May be ovum and sperm are having the same charge, please do get checked up for this aspect. Charge on sperm can be changed suitable.

- Happy coceiving

Well you've tested great for everything - but how about your partner?  Has he had a semen test?  If not, that needs to be done - they check the motility and the sperm count amongst other things.  It would be a pity if you continued trying and finally discovered that your husband's sperm count was very low [in which case they would suggest arftificial insemination perhaps].  If his semen has been tested, your next step would be to visit your doctor and ask for a script for Clomid.  I fell pregnant the very first month on Clomid!  All the best to you.

My advice to you is - Don't listen to the people who tell you to 'relax', to 'de-stress' etc.   Stress isnot a cause of infertility - infertility is a cause for stress.  (Of course, stress can certainly play a role so I am not suggesting you should stress over it...).  If I were you, I would seek treatment immediately.   Start with clearing your tubes, making sure nothing is blocked.  Then maybe try a round of IUI (Intrauterine Insemination).  If that doesn't work, go straight to IVF.   My IVF procedure taught me that I have abnormal eggs.  There was no way to know this before having the eggs retrieved through IVF.   The biggest regret I have was wasting my time listening to people tell me to relax and spending thousands of dollars on IUI before going to IVF.
