I answered your question before and the answer has gone missing! I did read the answer above and there is no information that supports any of the herbal remedies as being effective and there can be allergic reactions as well as other side effects because there is no medically defined diagnoses -- Maxoderm is a topical that can cause damage to the small vessels of the penis and a typical allergic reaction to both partners.
So here it is again:
Do you know the expression: "Buyer Beware?"
A simple answer for OTC and ED -- there are NONE available! Beware of the advertising that one sees for this . . . some can damage the small vessels in the penis by causing irritation.
ED is best treated by Rx medications such as VIAGRA or CIALIS. Some medications are injected into the penis. Other medicines are taken by mouth. Not everyone can use these medicines.
The best answer is CONSULT A UROLOGIST for evaluation and diagnosis. There may be underlying health problems or medications that cause ED. I've included two links that will help answer questions.

Considering your age and circumstances, please consult a physician -- there are multiple diagnoses that I know that will cause ED. I may have just retired from active practice, my mind set hasn't changed! You need to be aware that medications for hypertension and other medications can have ED as a 'side effect.' Diagnostics need to rule out diabetes as well -- you have ONE LIFE so please take care of YOU.
REMEMBER: CONSULT A PHYSICIAN (UROLOGIST) AND BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!
