Do you know the expression: "Buyer Beware?"
A simple answer for OTC and ED -- there are NONE available! Beware of the advertising that one sees for this . . . some can damage the small vessels in the penis by causing irritation.
ED is best treated by Rx medications such as VIAGRA or CIALIS. Some medications are injected into the penis. Other medicines are taken by mouth. There are multiple variations for treating ED.
The best answer is CONSULT A UROLOGIST for evaluation and diagnosis. There may be underlying health problems or medications that are causing ED. I've included two links that will help answer questions.

REMEMBER: CONSULT A PHYSICIAN (UROLOGIST) AND BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!

I strongly disagree with Tom Snyder, VIAGRA and CIALIS are not the answer!
These drugs are band aids, temporary fixes.
They don't fix you, they give you wood for a little while, and that's it.
Once the pills wear off, you're still the guy who can't get it up.
Here are some things you should look at...
Arginine-pycnogenol!In a recent pycnogenol/L-arginine study, 50 men with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction took a combination of L-arginine plus pycnogenol or a placebo for 30 days.
After one month, the participants reported normal erectile function and having sexual intercourse twice as often as at the start of the study...
Yohimbe!
A German study examined whether administration of yohimbine for 4 weeks would help men with erectile dysfunction.
71% of the men found yohimbine to be much more effective than a placebo in improving erectile dysfunction...
Blakoe/Ball Zinger Device!
The Blakoe, Zinger Ring is a natural, drug free treatment for Erectile Dysfunction. The Blakoe, Zinger is a Galvanic Ring, that slips comfortably around the penis and testicles.
These rods produce a perpetual flow of energy once they come into contact with the moisture on your skin.
This small amount of electrical current stimulates the leydig cells of the testicles to produce more testosterone.
The electrical energy also increases circulation throughout the testis and penis, which improves erectile function.
