Cyberchick i love you. I really hope this is true. I am deperate for this phone. But i have been wiating for nearly 6 months and dont know how much longer i can wait. I have already started looking at other phones. but dont what to buy one just in case the LG KS20 get released. I have heard rumours of March being the month for new phones for 2008, all manufactures are releasing new high tec phones in this month, so we should see some nice earlyofferings for 2008. Just out of interest what websites can you pre-order sim free on?

lol love ya too ! I am mad about mobiles I buy a new one like every 6 months, and I hate waiting for releases I was waiting for the W960I to be released but got bored and bought a viewty, So I hope I dont get bored of waiting for the KS20, but to be honest with u there is no other windows mobile that meets this ! its design and size etc. Just been on the LG UK Site and its introduced another mobile and its not the ks20 ! I hope this doesnt mean we have a really long wait over here in the uk ! u can pre order from Supergps.co.uk for £399 and Expansys are getting it in but no price or date as of yet

I am the same as you!!! Im always after a new mobile!! And i agree the LG KS20 is the best windows mobile out at the min. I Just hope the fall out between vodafone UK and LG doesnt stop us from getting it hear in the UK. But i have a couple of backup plans.... i.e. importing it from Autralia when it get released there, as this would have the English ROM. Or import it from Hong Kong, as they are also getting a English version released there.

Good thinking, were can you purchase it from though if you get it imported ? Every day I check like 5 different sitez inc ebay but no luck !! Have u seen the official advertisment of this handset on utube it looks ausome !

haha, im the same. my plan isnt a 100% ready, but im hopping that when it gets released in australia, etc. That it would appear on ebay for that country. Or that i could google a supplier from the country who would send it over. Yeah, ive seen that video, i think ive seen everything to do with this, well apart from a release date!!!!

Lol I know what ya mean! There was one on eaby not so long ago but it was from france and locked so I didnt bother bidding, Oh well suppose we better be patient !, If u hear anything then let us know and Il do the same (:

hahahaha..... i love you, i love you, i love you, i love you!!!!! I good as gave up on this phone getting released in the UK after seeing this post on expansys webiste a couple of days ago;

"There is no news on a UK release date. I dont expect it to be released in the UK unfortuneately. I beleive it is exclusive to Vodafone."

That was on the 22nd of FEB and yet a couple of days later, this;

"I just like to straighten a couple of things. According to lge Germany the unbranded version of the KS20 will be available in week 14...it was exclusivley for Vodafone only for limited persiod of time. But also the vodafone version of the KS20 is neither sim- nor net-locked...it's just software branded plus that logo on the front. That's it ;-) "

and now this;

"The LG KS20 has now been made available to customers in the UK. The approximate date we will have stock in is the first two weeks of March."

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! F*cking YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
