for the past 3 periods, my cycle has been exactly 3 weeks (21 days) but now im late by 5 weeks! i am sexually active and i do use condoms but there is always a chance that the condom broke or leaked. my nipples are extremely tender and sensitive to touch and i have this odd back pain that does not feel like my normal period back ache. am i pregnant? advice please! :)

Yes, it's very probable that you are pregnant....  all the signs you describe confirm that you are pregnant.  Why be in doubt ? - better take a simple blood test (or one of those home pregnancy kits).

well i did just recently start smoking cigarettes and i think that might have an effect on my menstrual delay too. do you know if thats true?

I am not sure about the answer.  I read several articles dealing with that subject but I am not sure that the authors proved a direct relaion between smoking & menstrual.  I don't want to mis-lead you so let's say that I doubt it very much (it sounds to me a far too remote relation).

i took a home pregnancy test and it said i was not pregnant. so im assuming its all due to my sin sticks and stress.
