A:The reason I am asking for information, is because in Alabama the legal age to move from a parents home is 19, not the usual 18 as in most states. Im trying to find out if because my niece is a parent herself already, if that would make a difference in her not having to wait to be 19. I just hate that she would miss out on getting her diploma this close to the end.
