My boyfriend and I have a cat that we've had for almost a year now, we just had him fixed a week ago. Before we got him fixed he used to compulsively pee everywhere in the apartment, in the front closet, in the bed, behind the TV, on the futon, in my boyfriend's clothes, etc. We thought it was just because he was marking, but now that he's been neutered, he's still peeing. At first it was once in the front hall closet and we thought it was just a one-time deal. And then it got worse. We brought him to sleep in the bed with us the night of his operation, and for the following nights after that. Everything seemed fine until last night, when he peed not only in the bed, but on my boyfriend's jeans as well. This is not the first time this has happened. He has peed in the bed three times previously. He has also urinated on every towel we have in the house as of yesterday, he climbs up on the towel rack in the bathroom and knocks them on the floor. We love our kitty and we want to keep him, but this is getting to be a serious problem. Does anybody have some good advice?
