I am in need of quick & easy campfire cooking reciepes

I am in need of some quick & easy camp fire reciepes. I  love  eating the all american hot dog's and hamburgers. I can't forget the ever so popular  &  messy smores. The perfect way to end your day. Sitting by the blazing fire roasting marshmellows. They are undeniable campfire favorites, but this year I want to kick it up a notch with somthing  that is equally if not more delicious to bring to the picnic table.  CAMPFIRE COOK OUT RECIEPES.

I don't have a favorite main dish, but hands down my favorite dessert is dump cake. If you can get your hands on a dutch oven, I highly recommend it. You take a couple cans of pie filling, dump them in the dutch oven, dump a box of powdered cake mix on top of that and top it with 1 or 2 cut up sticks of butter. My favorite combinations are apple pie filling with yellow cake and cherry filling with chocolate cake. Shoot for 325-350 degrees for 45 minutes. The number of charcoal briquettes depends on the size of your oven.

How about some kebabs? Alternate with sausage, small sticks of corn, any kind of vegies, etc. It´s up to you, what you put on the kebab, whatever your friends and family like, . I put pieces of chicken breast, pineapple, vegies, then some sausage, grill on each side for ten minutes, and they´re  gone!  Or how about hot dogs wrapped in filo dough and grilled, my kids love those!Tongue out
