Eric, You need to be a little more emphatic about checking for leaks. Your video made absolutely no mention of checking for leaks and should do so.
One other item. Tell people BEFORE starting to know where the main house valve is. I have seen many cheap shutoff valves at the toilet with plastic valve stems that break off when turned for the first time in 10 or 20 years.
As someone who has done all yo have done, I think you are over simplifying the issue and your videos should be showing what the instructions don't
