My best advice is to talk to your doctor about a weight-loss program that is appropriate for you based upon your daily caloric needs, level of exercise and personal health goals. Healthy weight loss takes time - not sure there is a way out of that. It takes adjusting lifestyles to increase exercise and to decrease the "extra" calories. There are some quick things you can do: switch to diet sodas instead of regular; have a piece of fruit instead of a tall glass of fruit juice; switch to white/lean meats instead of red meat; eat tuna packed in water instead of tuna in oil; drink skim milk instead of 2% or whole. These tricks can help you shed a few pounds more easily... but the type of change you are looking for is going to take time. Good luck!
