e bay I paid for my auction item using PayPal. The seller never sent my $110 items. He has sent me the most caring e mails, starting in Feb when he was paid. He wa sorry he directed the package to the wrong address, the post office notified him the package was damaged, he resent it, on and on and on, with every excuse known to man. Since this was in Feb, E bay says I am too late to get help from them. This is the first time I've used PayPal, the seller was listed as 100% positive feed back,. What can I do now? I am dumb about the computer and EBay, obviously. Shirley
