Can I win against CPS? my kids were wrongfully taken from my home in july 2007,without warning,when i was at work.They placed them in a 'so called' relative placement with thier great aunt(paternal,and crazy).The home is very dirty,unsanitary,unsafe,and horribly abusive in more than one way. No one is listening to me and I have the worst CPS appointed lawyer!They didnt even have a police escort. My babies were taken from the church daycare while i was working. All I saw when i got home was a sticky note from the social worker telling me they were going to pickup my kids. We went to court, and CPS wasnt doing thier job AT ALL! My side of the family was never contacted either. Thier father and I both DISAGREED at the first meeting that his aunts house was,and is, the worst place for them to go, and we still agree they shouldve NEVER been placed there. CPS was;1)out of juristiction for the county 2) told this crazy horrible woman to kidnap AND hide them until the social worker could file some sort of paperwork to remove them all due to hearsay from the paternal grandma and great aunt. 3) they were taken without notice. 4) I STRONGLY FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! believe my babies are in danger as long as they are there.theyve had to deal with abuse,neglect,trauma,drug overdose(penacillin which is documented everywhere they are BOTH DEATHLY allergic to). concuscions,lesions, a wierd contagious disease, threats, the paternal great aunt forces them to call her mommy and they get hit if they dont. My babies are malnourished,and sick all the time.They beg me to come home every visit,the cps worker called my 4 yr old a liar to her face when she said all these things.They dont give a damn about the kids,its all about being right! My daughter says shes even being sexually abused! Im doing everything in my power to try to get them back and NOT beat the crap out of these crazy women! Im bi-polar,and i have NO criminal history. My kids were taken for FALSE accusations made by these women over and over again! they would call sometimes 30 times a week! We need some answers and no one has given us any!
