Hello, my name is gary ribble. I am 61 years old and i am disabled,living on disability. I need legal help but because i have not got the money to pay for it nobody will help me. It is hell being disabled and many times i have felt like digging a hole and jumping in and pulling the dirt in after me,because i need help of all kinds and i just get nowhere. One time on yedda,a very good friend,whom i do not know sent me diabetic supplies i could not afford and i was over whelmed and god bless this man. So i thought i would turn to yedda again to see if i could find another special friend,who could help me legally,like an attorney,for a couple of summons i got to appear in a small claims court. I need the help because i do not want to go there alone,for i am sure they are going to garnish my social security disability check and if this happens,then i may as well throw in the towel. So i am looking for someone to represent me so this does not happen but the problem is,i have no money to spare for legal help,so can anyone help me out with this very important matter? I go to court on june 11, 2009 at 1:30 pm,in elkhart,indiana. To some this may not sound like a big deal,being only a small claims court but to me it is a matter of being a winner or a looser and it is important to me. Lawyers around my area won't take the case because i haved no money to pay but i never asked to be disabled,so i have to accept it and do the best i can to live.I am scared over this and i really do need someone,of legal back ground to help me,asap!!!! I have even checked out grants to get to pay off all my bills,so i can live a normal life but nobody answers my call for help. I have a hearing impairment,that i do not use a phone because i can't hear what anyone is saying,for the loud ringing in my ears. This problem is called tinitus. My disabilities are cll leukemia,diabetes,high blood pressure,bad knees and legs and bad shoulders and arms and lower back problems,so there is no way i can ever work again,to have extra money. My wife works in house keeping at a local mtel and makes minumum wage and very few hours. So her money is not enough to help. We filed chapter 7 bankruptsy,back in 2002 because of high medical bills and credit cards that were used to pay for medical bills. We had insurance but it never paid much. So you see we are living a very hardship life without much to live on. So this is why i am reaching out to yedda for help. I really need a special friend to help us out and i pray to god,there is such a special person that will read my message and help me get the help i need to get our life straightened out,for we can not do it on our own. I can confirm all my imformation to be the truth,for i do not lie to get my way. So if there is anyone who can help out a person who's luck is all bad,please come forward and let me know. I am so sorry you have to go through so much just to survive. I am helping a friend with ms pay for a wheel chair and there is a lot of help you just have to search them out. Here are some suggestions: The Clark Howard show has volunteers that offer advice for free, just google the Clark Howard show, the Easter Seals has a way to set up a web page to fundraise through their site. Find you local LDS aka Mormon church, there are always willing to help and you may be referred to a member of the church that is a lawyer. Good luck and God bless.
