I need your help before calling the Attorney General's office.

www.worldlendingservices.com.... Please tell me if they are a legitimate business and if they help customers get their money back from scams. I had almost $12,000 stolen from me by SMC of CA.  They keep giving me the runaround and I have yet to see a dime, despite their insistance that I pay them $5,000 up front.
