I need help

Hi I'm not sure If my last question posted so I'll try again. I have adobe photoshop elements 6. I am trying to make slide show that will show on my TV. I Have made a couple of CD but the will only play on my computer.I would like to know what I'm dong wrong or do I need some other kind of program for what I'm trying to do. Thank you Sukie
