I need help!!

How do I get my friends parents let there son (My friend) To live with me? Is that evn possible??? ok so im 17 years old and my friend is 16 my aunt and uncle (the people o live with) said that its okay if he moves in with us but his parents say no. i have reasons that i want him to move in with me 1 word, abuse. get it??? i know that lots of people will say if im really worried about it tell some1 about it but you see i cant bring myself to do it my friend is the only one whos getting abused out of 7 kids all of his sisters are basically spoiled and never hit or anything. any ideas on how i can get his parents to let him move in with me??? since hes 16 does he have a choice if he wants to? even though this is only online i want help and to get all o this stuff off of my shoulders and if i tell any1 in real life theyll tell. i also think that hes too old to be getting beaten and they do it 2 the extreme! belts switches etc. ! all of this stuff made my friend unhealthy too of course hes become really nervous about his weight hes around 110 pounds and hes 6 feet tall. he has an eating disorder which im trying to help with but see what abuse is doing to people??

Another thing is, i know hes gay we've made out, but his family refuses to have a gay son! Which leads to more abuse! a few times weve been banned from seeing eacother :P but i always find a way to get to see him again through blackmail to the parents i jst need help and I WANT TO STOP ALL ABUSE!!! please email too my email is yuxris@yahoo.com like if you have ideas or something let me know just email me if you cant get what you want to say on this ty ;)

I think this case is very complex . I think your friend needs proffesional help and as his friend you should inform him of certain call lines and support centers he can turn to. Just google these centers in your area. Teen gay centers , Abuse etc.. this is not a game people can get hurt and get their entire life ruined .

Love your life.

First and foremost, your friend needs to speak with a counselor immediately. If he is being beaten, all he needs to do is tell the counselor and he/she will take care of the rest. Your friend will not have to continue suffering from the abuse. Second, when he tells someone, the State will become involved, investigating the claims and ask him if he has any friends he can stay with (rather than putting him in foster care), and at that point, your friend can bring you into the situation. However, in the meantime, you need to support your friend and encourage him to speak to a counselor, whether it's at school or a religious center. If he doesn't speak out, he will not be able to do anything to change his situation.

I definitely agree with Shima.  There are many avenues that you can help your friend to explore that will help him deal with this situation.  The abuse situation should trump whether he is too young to leave home as far as getting help.

As far as him moving in with you, you need to find out how old an individual needs to be to be emancipated in your state.
